Q. Does Calor have a showroom?
A. Unfortuanetly at this time, Calor does not operate a showroom. There are no showrooms at any of Calor's offices. If you require advice or would like to return a product please email email us at: - info@calorshop.ie or we can be contacted on 014197870 from ROI or 02980 735002 from Northern Ireland.

Q. How do I purchase a product online?
A. Find the product you wish to purchase. Add the quantity to the cart - Click, the ‘Add to Basket’ button. Here you are taken to the Shopping Basket page. Once you have finished adding products to your basket, you can change the quantities of the products you have ordered. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select ‘Check Out’. Click ‘Next’ and fill in your personal details, tick the box next to Terms & Conditions.

All our deliveries are dispatched on a next working day service as standard within the North and South of Ireland. - Click ‘Next’. Your payment options are either credit/debit card or Paypal, whichever you prefer. Once you have selected you choice, please click ‘Next’. You will need to click ‘Next’ again and here you will need to enter your details for your selected payment option, and your order is complete. Q. Does the price of goods include VAT
A. Yes all prices include VAT at the prevailing standard rate. The current rate in the UK is 20% and the current standard rate in Ireland is 23%.

Q. Is it the same prices for a telephone as it is for an internet order?

Q. How I do know if the product I wish to purchase is in stock?
A. Just click on the delivery tab of the product you require, you will be able to see the delivery options and stock status.

A. Calor is committed to supplying products of the highest quality. Each product comes with a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition within seven days for a full refund.

Q. How can I order and pay for the products?

Q. Can I order and pay for my products over the telephone?
A. Absolutely, if you wish to purchase your goods over the telephone - please telephone: 014197870 from ROI or 02980 735002 from Northern Ireland between Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm and our team can give you advice as well as process your order. Orders can be placed over the phone using either debit or credit card.

Q. Do Calor offer technical advice

Q. Why am I getting a notification from Paypal to say that my creditcard or email address is already attached to a Paypal account and it is seeking a password?
A. Paypal has recognised your credit card or email address is already attached to a Paypal account, therefore to add security to your account it asks additional questions. If you have forgotten your password you can ask Paypal to send it your email address. Alternatively use a card and or an email address which is not connected to a Paypal account.

Q. Does Calor deliver outside the UK and Ireland and how much does it cost?
A. No, we are currently unable to deliver outside the Island of Ireland.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Most products are supplied with FREE standard delivery, however some smaller items are not included and there will be a 7 delivery charge applied. Free delivery is offered on all orders over 120.00.


Q. Can I arrange a Saturday Delivery?
A. No, this option is no longer available.


Q. Is it safe to order products on the Internet?
A. Shopping is totally safe. Once you have finished shopping go to the ‘Checkout’ and fill in your details and delivery address. You then have a choice of method of payment - Actinic Secure Payments for credit cards or Paypal. When you come to entering your credit card details you are taken onto a secure server operated by the respective Payment Service Provider (PSP) - (Actinic Secure Payments, Paypal, Realex). Both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This in turn, for your added comfort and security, we as a company do not hold any credit card details on our servers. Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We try to despatch all products within one business working day and 99% of all goods are usually in stock.

Q. How can I track my delivery?
A. On the evening of dispatch you will be sent an email informing you of the dispatch of your products from our main couriers DPD or Royal Mail. With this email you will receive tracking details for you parcels. For DPD deliveries you will also receive a text message on the day of delivery to advise of approximate delivery time.

Q. If I have a problem with an order or time of delivery who should I contact?
